The idea of making a comic came from my partner, Lucia. She’s always been excited about my doodling and kept telling me I should do something with it. But I always resisted, never took it seriously.
However, I started to feel differently recently. A few weeks ago, while I was drawing with my kid at our living room table, I realized how much peace it brings me and how amazing that feels.
This time, while drawing, I thought about what would really interest me in writing comics. It hit me that the only way I’d stay consistent is by focusing on cultural policy, something I’m really passionate about.
So, what would a comic about cultural policy look like? That’s the question I’m trying to answer.
